I bought this for a 8 month old stray dog who was fighting a mild skin infection. She was already on antibiotics and I was told the easiest way to increase her immunity is by adding salmon oil to her diet. My experience with dogs has taught me about their fussy nature so I bought the lowest variant just to see if she even has it without making a fuss. On the first day I mixed it with pedigree chicken gravy pouch and she licked it off the bowl! The 2nd time I mixed it with Jerhigh gravy pouch and this time too she seemed to relish it. And the 3rd time I mixed it with boiled eggs and this time too she ate it. Whether the chicken/egg masked the salmon oil smell/taste or it is appetizing in itself I wouldn't know but she ate it all times and that's a relief. I haven't finished even a week so can't say about its effect yet. But I am hoping it does strengthen her immunity so that she recovers and there is no recurrence of skin issues in future. The bottle inside the box was sealed but the outer box had its lid affixed loosely making it easy for anyone to open and close.2 years ago
