I purchased these whistles so I can wear one while hiking. My dogs and I hike on our property once a day. We are in a location in the Ozarks where cell service is hit and miss. I can use the whistle to alert my husband if we run into any trouble. It also works to call my smaller dog back from chasing rabbits.
