The product came well packaged and with everything you need to assemble it. I bought this almost 1.5-2 months back and my cat has started warming up to it just now. Every cat is different.. so remember to give it time if your cat isn't using it. Once my cat got used to it, I find her lazing on the top tier or playing with the ball or having a great scratch session! I would recommend this as a starting activity tree for growing kittens.
